  1. The amount paid by you to HomePilot in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or
  2. One hundred dollars ($100).

HomePilot is not responsible for the actions or security practices of third-party providers including Stripe, CRM providers, communication platforms, or hosting providers.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy, these Terms, or use of our services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.

  • Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
